Meet Venky Neelakantan

People don't always need more skills. Sometimes they need less internal burden.

Portrait of Venky Neelakantan, founder of The Three Pillars

Twenty years inside the pressure

Venky spent two decades in large corporations across technology, customer experience and leadership. He sat in the rooms where good people made poor decisions — not for lack of talent, but because they were carrying too much.

A different premise

Most professional development adds: another framework, another certification. The Three Pillars begins by subtracting. Kindness lowers reactivity. Gratitude widens perspective. Forgiveness releases the weight of what already happened.

Practice, not belief

Everything here is universal and secular. No doctrine, no cultural gatekeeping, nothing to join. A few honest minutes a day, repeated, until attention itself changes shape.

How he works today

Venky records every meditation in his own voice, facilitates the live sessions himself, and trains the facilitators who will carry this further. The programme grows slowly, on purpose.
